• Evaluate energy usage, • Assess effectiveness of energy efficiency and demand response programs, • Contribute to distributed energy resource planning, • Perform cost-effectiveness analysis, • Perform wide range of complex energy-related analysis which may include statistical analyses, • Analysis of energy consumption data, • Estimation of utility program energy savings, • Benefit-cost analysis, • Program development and planning, • Evaluation analysis, • Market research, • Survey design, • Secondary research. • Manage ETL processes to integrate and transform data for analysis. • Manage assigned tasks and analyses to project manager and manager’s satisfaction. • Prepare written reports and presentation materials, • Assist in the development of project deliverables. • Communicate analytical methods and results to clients. • Justify and document technical decisions related to research, planning, and data analysis. • Build and maintain relationships with clients to maximize productivity and cultivate future opportunities. • Develop and execute analysis plans for tasks and/or projects.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. • Minimum of 1 year experience working in energy efficiency technology assessment, utility program development and implementation, program evaluation, clean energy analysis, or related areas. • MA/MS in a related field (additional qualification). • Certifications in basic programming or data analytics. • Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making expertise. • Skilled in data management, ETL processes, and visualization. • Experience with one or more of the following programming languages: R, Stata, SQL, Python. • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and PowerBI. • Familiarity with geospatial analyses and advanced statistical approaches. • Familiarity of energy codes and standards related to energy efficiency measures. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle complexity and articulate findings clearly. • Ability to develop analysis plans for discrete tasks and/or projects. • Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information. • Superior interpersonal skills, including courtesy, professionalism and a cooperative attitude. • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to follow through on multiple tasks and priorities.
