• American Plastics is a rapidly growing, privately-owned injection-molded plastics company that designs and manufactures durable products in the U.S. • The Marketing Analytics and eCommerce Manager will be a key member of our team, responsible for driving data-driven strategies that support sales growth across various channels. • Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Omni-Channel Strategy, this role involves leveraging category data, managing new product launches, and enhancing our eCommerce presence in collaboration with external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, sales planning, marketing analytics, or a related field; MBA is a plus. • At least 5 years of experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) with a focus on Amazon and eCommerce account management, category management, shopper insights, sales, or finance. • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment. • In-depth knowledge of data management, forecasting, optimization, and data visualization processes. • Demonstrated success in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives. • A proactive self-starter with a strong problem-solving mindset, capable of analyzing complex business issues, identifying root causes, and developing clear, actionable solutions. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying insights and recommendations to diverse audiences.
