Description

• Support e-commerce operations by managing product listings and handling customer inquiries. • Assist with creating, updating, and optimizing product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon). • Manage and respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction. • Process orders, track shipments, and handle returns or exchanges to support seamless order fulfillment. • Conduct regular audits to ensure product listings are accurate, well-described, and visually appealing. • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and update product information. • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking with the warehouse or suppliers. • Analyze product performance and provide insights to improve sales and enhance customer experience. • Assist in generating weekly and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce) and understanding of online retail. • Excellent written communication skills to handle customer support and product descriptions effectively. • High attention to detail for accurate order processing and inventory management. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical skills for tracking and optimizing product performance. • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting. • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing practices is a plus.
