Description

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute business strategies that align with corporate objectives. • Leverage data analytics to drive strategic decisions, identify opportunities for growth, and assess business performance. • Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. • Create RFPs, evaluate vendor proposals, and manage vendor relationships to achieve business goals. • Apply knowledge of the consumer-direct mortgage origination process to optimize strategies and operations. • Collaborate with teams to develop and refine performance marketing initiatives and data-driven strategies. • Communicate effectively with executives, stakeholders, and team members. • Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking and innovative approaches to overcome challenges and achieve results.

Requirements

• MBA strongly preferred. • 5-10 years of professional experience with demonstrated career growth and measurable impact. • Background in information technology, software engineering, or related fields. • Strong analytical, reasoning, and decision-making skills. • Detail-oriented, driven, and capable of managing complex projects. • Excellent communication and leadership abilities. • Knowledge of performance marketing and data science principles. • Familiarity with the consumer-direct mortgage origination process.
