📋 Description

• AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation is a leading direct mortgage lender. • Seeking a strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive leadership team. • Responsible for leading and optimizing day-to-day operations. • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures. • Lead high-performing teams and promote culture of collaboration and accountability. • Oversee operational budgets and resource allocation. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). • Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in the mortgage or financial services industry. • Proven track record of driving operational excellence, scaling teams, and implementing strategic initiatives. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making. • Excellent organizational and project management skills. • High level of integrity and business ethics.
