Description
• AmeriSave Mortgage is a leading online mortgage lender. • The Director of Marketing Technology will lead our marketing technology ecosystem. • Responsible for managing the marketing tech stack and driving innovation. • Will oversee analytics and data strategies for customer acquisition and retention efforts.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 7+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or related fields, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role. • Proven track record of architecting and managing complex MarTech ecosystems, integrating a wide range of marketing tools and platforms. • Deep knowledge of common marketing technologies and platforms (CRM, CDP, Marketing Automation, Analytics, CMS) and emerging trends in the industry. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure impact. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams. • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team development, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
