Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. • Oversee and have a detailed understanding of all aspects of our marketing operations and analytics to provide clarity in marketing efforts. • Lead and mentor a marketing team of 10-15, attract great talent, and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment and support across marketing campaigns and initiatives. • Spearhead along with the leadership team the launch of new product features and services. • Build and expand our brand presence through storytelling, thought leadership, strategic partnerships, and participation in industry events. • Drive client awareness and adoption of our platform. • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and growth opportunities. • Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and refine strategies based on insights and performance metrics. • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, and adapt marketing strategies to maintain our competitive edge. • Report on marketing performance and strategic initiatives to the executive team and stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• You display our core values of Humility, Innovation, and Excellence. • You have 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally with a high growth SaaS company. • You are passionate about serving our clients. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • You are a visionary leader with a track record of driving significant growth and achieving marketing objectives. • You are both creative and analytical, able to blend storytelling with data-driven insights to craft compelling marketing strategies. • You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and you are capable of inspiring and leading diverse teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
