• Lead marketing initiatives for a leading digital marketing agency in the iGaming sector • Build and execute the company’s marketing strategy and budget • Develop comprehensive email marketing strategies • Enhance brand engagement across channels • Optimize the conversion funnel through data-driven insights • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Develop customer retention strategies • Create targeted retention campaigns • Construct and execute the company’s Advertising plan • Manage events, conferences, and exhibitions • Assist in developing new business opportunities • Identify market trends and insights • Present marketing strategies to senior leaders • Develop marketing campaigns and communications
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field • 3+ years of experience in similar position • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools • Experience in the iGaming industry or digital marketing agency is a plus • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy, PPC, email marketing, copywriting • Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms • Willingness and ability to travel to EU and Non-EU countries • Established press and media contacts are preferable
