β€’ Manage a high volume of calls with existing or potential homeowners β€’ Pre-screen potential borrowers by confirming basic information and asking pre-qualifying questions β€’ Establish and maintain a friendly rapport with customers and overcome objections by understanding their goals and interests β€’ Transfer qualified warm leads to the licensed Loan Officers β€’ Set appointments with consumers for the Loan Officers β€’ Deliver exceptional customer service to potential and existing customers β€’ Successful team members will work to obtain necessary licensing.

Requirements

β€’ Inside or field sales experience required β€’ Previous sales experience with a bonus component is a plus β€’ Call center experience (inbound/outbound) strongly preferred β€’ Telesales experience preferred β€’ Previous collection, banking, financial services, or mortgage experience a plus β€’ Must be high-energy and have a positive attitude β€’ Must be articulate and able to quickly develop rapport with customers over the phone β€’ Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills β€’ Ability to work well under pressure and manage high volume of calls β€’ Ability to counter customer objections β€’ Must be independent, self-motivated and organized
