Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to maximize ROI. • Conduct audience research and analyze social media performance metrics to make data-driven decisions. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our social media strategies are competitive and effective. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals. • Provide regular reports on social media performance and insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Proven experience in managing social media campaigns with a strong track record of success. • Proficiency in using social media management tools and platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.). • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Creative mindset with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
