• As a Creator Manager, you'll drive engagement and support the creator community. • You'll ensure quality assurance, monitor communication, and report on community growth. • Facilitate game access and conduct audits of the Creator Portal. • Generate reports on creator participation and track engagement within Beta games. • Present innovative strategies for community engagement and oversee content publishing. • Maintain high-quality standards and stay updated on gaming trends and features.

• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Proficiency in written and verbal communication in at least one of the following languages (German and/or Italian). • Proven ability in time and task management. • High degree of accountability and ownership. • Proactive mentality. • Ability to inspire and encourage others. • Prior experience in community management or similar roles. (preferred). • Familiarity with the mobile gaming industry. • Skill or progress on personal mobile game accounts (advantageous).
