Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 3 years of Science, Engineering, Project Management or Information Systems experience OR Master’s degree and 5 years of Science, Engineering, Project Management or Information Systems experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of Science, Engineering, Project Management or Information Systems experience OR Associate’s degree and 12 years of Science, Engineering, Project Management or Information Systems experience OR High school diploma / GED and 14 years of Science, Engineering, Project Management or Information Systems experience • Certified Black Belt in Six Sigma (preferred) • 10+ years experience in a Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement role (preferred) • Strong adult learning training development experience (preferred) • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills (preferred) • Master’s degree (MBA) (preferred) • Demonstrated history of top performance (preferred) • High degree of customer sensitivity/acumen (preferred) • Strong communication and leadership skills (preferred)
