• Join Amgen’s Mission of Serving Patients • The Cardiovascular Business Unit (CBU) Pricing Manager is a vital member of the U.S. Value & Access organization, responsible for developing and executing pricing and payer coverage contracting strategies to achieve CBU’s objectives. • This role involves conducting comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analyses, partnering with finance to evaluate the impact of contracting strategies on sales volume, discount rates, and long-term planning. • By synthesizing cross-functional data, the Pricing Manager supports scenario planning and generates actionable customer insights to inform decision-making. • This cross-functional collaboration ensures the alignment and execution of strategies for CBU, a critical growth brand for Amgen.

🎯 Requirements

• Basic Qualifications: Doctorate degree • Or Master’s degree and 2 years of sales and marketing operations and/or pricing experience • Or Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of sales and marketing operations and/or pricing experience • Or Associate’s degree and 8 years of sales and marketing operations and/or pricing experience • Or High school diploma / GED and 10 years of sales and marketing operations and/or pricing experience • Prior experience in contracts and pricing; have a good foundational understanding of the US provider & payor environment. • Excellent conceptual problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to bring structure to vaguely defined problems. • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence different styles. • Previous experience building financial models and/or working with large amounts of data. • Exceptional written/oral communication skills and executive presence across functions and across different levels of leadership.
