🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of marketing experience OR Master’s degree and 7 years of marketing experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of marketing experience • MBA (or equivalent, e.g., PharmD) preferred • 8+ years of experience and a track record of success in a series of commercial roles of increasing scope, scale and complexity, with leading companies in the biopharmaceutical industry. • Experience in biotech/pharmaceutical marketing and promotions • Experience in global commercial and/or strategic regional roles • Demonstrated record of strong commercialization planning and execution • A best-in-class marketer with experience developing and implementing innovative global marketing and commercial strategies for pipeline products • Prior experience launching multiple products in diverse therapeutic areas , including inflammation disease areas • Exceptional communications skills and professional, proactive demeanor • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience representing the commercial voice on global product teams
