Description

• Serve as a strategic partner to leaders of the Work Package Teams and Product Teams • Drive development and implementation of high quality, global, coordinated cross-functional project plans • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or other Healthcare related experience OR Master’s degree and 4 years Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or other Healthcare related experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or other Healthcare related experience OR Associate’s degree and 10 years Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or other Healthcare related experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or other Healthcare related experience • Drug development experience including deep experience in one or more core drug development and commercialization functions • Experience leading teams through governance process • Program and project management skills with experience in a healthcare-related environment • Emotional intelligence skills including influencing without authority and navigating within a matrix environment • Experience using Project Management tools, methodologies, practices and infrastructure
