Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or chief of staff role for a high-growth and/or large-scale organization. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with executive stakeholders, including C-suite, Product & Engineering VPs, Finance, and cross-functional partners. • Strong business acumen, empathy, and problem-solving skills. • Data-driven, with the ability to structure complex analysis and derive insights. • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to execute on large, cross-functional processes and initiatives. • Comfortable with ambiguity and is a self-starter. • Experience working with Product & Engineering teams. • Experience with managing Atlassian products, SQL querying, and Python scripting.
