Description

• Define and implement operational strategy for Oncology Therapeutic Area. • Oversee project management efforts aligning with strategic goals. • Lead cross-functional teams through complex initiatives. • Synthesize strategy into actionable plans and implement across the organization. • Collaborate with TA Development Head and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of healthcare business experience • Master’s degree and 4 years of healthcare business experience • Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of healthcare business experience • Associate’s degree and 10 years of healthcare business experience • High school diploma / GED and 12 years of healthcare business experience • MBA, MS, Ph.D. or equivalent (preferred) • Robust knowledge of biopharma industry • Oncology R&D experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. • High self-confidence, self-motivation, strong critical and analytical thinking skills. • Excellent cross-functional communication skills, verbal and written.
