Description

• Spearhead the creation and integration of Research Therapeutic Area Governance (R-TAG) • Align R-TAG activities with broader organizational strategies • Ensure efficient execution of meetings and uphold governance best practices • Facilitate R-TAG decisions to drive desired outcomes • Organize R-TAG meetings using Smartsheet to enhance management • Develop and coordinate key R-TAG presentations for strategic coherence • Act as the central contact for communications between Project Teams and R-TAG • Apply project management and collaboration tools to enhance team communication

Requirements

• Doctorate degree & 2 years of technology experience OR Master’s degree & 4 years of technology experience OR Bachelor’s degree & 6 years of technology experience OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of technology experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of technology experience • Extensive experience in biopharmaceutical R&D and drug development • Advanced degree in a relevant field with substantial cross-functional leadership experience in governance within the biopharmaceutical industry • Proven expertise in leading complex governance structures and facilitating critical initiatives • Drug development experience including in one or more core drug development and commercialization functions • Program and project management skills with experience in a healthcare-related environment • Emotional intelligence skills including influencing without authority and navigating within a matrix environment • Experience using Project Management tools, methodologies, practices and infrastructure
