Description
• Our Global Supply Chain Excellence team optimizes our Supply Chain throughout the world • Senior Manager Supply Chain is the Business Process Manager for our warehouse management across all manufacturing sites • Drive standardization, improvements, and strategic initiatives for future success • Ensure uninterrupted production and supply in terms of Warehousing responsibilities • Showcase continuous improvement mindset to identify savings and improvements
Requirements
• Doctorate degree and 2 years of logistics, warehousing and/or distribution experience • Or Master’s degree and 4 years of logistics, warehousing and/or distribution experience • Or Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of logistics, warehousing and/or distribution experience • Or Associate’s degree and 10 years of logistics, warehousing and/or distribution experience • Or High school diploma / GED and 12 years of logistics, warehousing and/or distribution experience • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Logistics or logistics knowledge by experience • 8+ years’ experience in preferably pharma warehousing/distribution environment • Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written) with stakeholders • Expert, able to develop, socialize and drive proposals as a thought leader • Strong analytical skills and ability to distill insights • Independent self-starter, able to work autonomously, under pressure and in teams • Experience leading and influencing change in international matrix environment • SAP and WMS experience • Fluent in English in verbal and written communication
