Description
• Prepare winning client-facing proposals • Facilitate proposal development from receipt to submission • Develop proposals by assembling information and writing content • Resolve and coordinate proposal outline and schedule • Collect and prepare RFP questions • Conduct kickoff meetings with collaborators • Prepare graphics and tables • Edit graphics and text integration • Handle draft cycle reviews for leadership • Maintain assigned sections of the Boilerplate Library • Acquire required signatures using DocuSign
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree plus 3-5 years of work experience • Associate's Degree plus 4-7 years of work experience • Experience in a fast-paced environment • Formal bid writing and management experience
