📋 Description
• Amped I LLC was founded in 2010 as a design and engineering firm specializing in power infrastructure projects ranging from transmission to distribution for power utility, industry, government and commercial facilities. • This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home Monday - Friday each week. • The Director of Engineering Operations is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the company by working with management to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. • Duties include enhancing policies, improving project budgeting, evaluating operations team, and ensuring quality standards.
🎯 Requirements
• A progressive career in a technical field including project management • Excellent technical communication and detail-oriented work practices • Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited university in Electrical Engineering • Professional Engineering License (PE) required • 8+ years of experience in relay protection and control design of high voltage 15-500 kV substations • 8+ years of experience in executive level management • Experience in managing a small business preferred
