📋 Description
• Projektkoordination: Sicherstellung der effizienten Projektumsetzung durch enge Abstimmung zwischen Kund:innen und Generalunternehmern • Generalunternehmer-Steuerung: Überwachung der Qualität und Termineinhaltung auf Baustellen • Fördermittelmanagement: Prüfung und Beantragung von Fördermitteln zur Unterstützung unserer Projekte • Qualitätsmanagement: Implementierung und Überwachung von Prozessen zur Qualitätssicherung, Abnahme der PV-Anlagen • Kommunikation: Regelmäßige Statusupdates an Kund:innen und Stakeholder sowie Berichterstattung über den Projektfortschritt
🎯 Requirements
• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Photovoltaik-Projekten, idealerweise im Bereich Mieterstrom • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Generalunternehmern und Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen • Kenntnisse im Fördermittelmanagement sowie baurechtliche Vorschriften für PV-Anlagen von Vorteil • Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein • Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit im Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1-Niveau)
