📋 Description

• As an expert in these areas, you will play a central role in building and maintaining customer accounts. • You will work closely with our clients to develop tailored digital transformation strategies and ensure their successful implementation. • Additionally, you will lead industry-specific system implementations, acting as the bridge between business and IT. • Your responsibilities will extend to the strategic expansion of our customer portfolio in the Logistics & Transportation sectors. • You will identify new business opportunities, establish long-term, trusting relationships, and help our clients successfully navigate their digital transformation. • Furthermore, you will actively contribute to the development of our service portfolio, which is tailored to the current demands and trends in the industry.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree • Extensive industry experience (transportation, logistics, rail, shipping, aviation) • Passion for digitalization issues and information technology • At least eight years of professional experience in consulting and/or relevant project experience • Proven sales track record of at least €750,000 • Strategic mindset • Excellent understanding of core business processes • Solid knowledge of common consulting methods and tools, ideally project management (e.g., PMP / Prince 2, SCRUM) and IT management certifications (e.g., ITIL, Cobit) • Strong leadership skills • Reliable sales network • Innovative mindset and willingness to take on responsibility • Consultant-typical willingness to travel • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus (e.g., Chinese) • Identification with our corporate values #impact, #dedication, #together
