Description

• Lead the customer journey from sales closure to platform launch • Ensure successful and within-budget implementations • Establish communication with client contacts at all levels • Evaluate risk and manage expectations • Guide teams for the best outcomes

Requirements

• Background in professional services, technical project management, or similar • 5+ years of experience managing complex technical implementations, end-to-end • Experience managing partners across multiple levels and responsibilities • 5+ years managing concurrent projects across multiple external customers • Experience with a programming language SQL • Understanding of data in multiple file formats such as CSV, JSON, Parque • Comfortable leading in collaborative design, architecture, and strategy
