Description

• Responsible for executing a comprehensive deployment plan for Microsoft Dynamics CRM • Lead and coordinate CRM deployments across multiple sites • Ensure high quality manual and automated data migration • Manage business communications, software installation and configuration • Drive user adoptions and conduct post-deployment reviews • Manage relationships and coordinate work between teams • Identify, resolve and manage deployment risks and issues

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics; certification is a plus • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly language • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments • Experience in team-oriented, collaborative environments • Self-motivated with prioritization abilities • Proven experience in fast-paced work environments with various technologies • Detail-oriented, quick learner, problem solver • Ability to travel to offices as needed • Financial services knowledge, specifically 401(k) and wealth management • Experience in software solution deployment management across multiple facilities
