Description

• Create and lead Salesforce strategy, managing optimization and daily operations of Salesforce environment. • Collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success to implement Salesforce solutions. • Manage CRM configuration and guide global projects to improve overall system quality. • Improve Salesforce environment through performance, maintenance, customization, and integration with other systems. • Lead system integration and data flow management from inbound and outbound sources. • Provide consulting and coaching on Salesforce best practices to enhance user experience. • Train new users and grow Salesforce skills across the organization.

Requirements

• Certified Salesforce Administrator (required); additional Salesforce certifications are a bonus. • 4 or more years of experience. • Technical expertise in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and integration management. • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. • Manage several projects and partners while delivering solutions. • Business analysis and functional experience, with the ability to gather requirements and architect technical solutions. • Work and build partnerships with business and technical teams. • Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-based discipline or equivalent experience. • DealHub experience a bonus • Startup experience
