Description

• Vercel’s Frontend Cloud provides the developer experience and infrastructure to build, scale, and secure a faster, more personalized web. • Join our Revenue Operations team as a Senior Salesforce Administrator. • Enhance and maintain GTM systems, including Salesforce, Outreach, LeanData, Gong, and more. • Design and implement solutions to align tech stack with evolving business needs. • Deliver projects to improve Salesforce processes, integrate applications, and manage data quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (certification strongly preferred), with a deep understanding of SFDC architecture and best practices. • Experience evaluating, integrating, and managing GTM tools like Outreach, LeanData, Gong, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and more (no tech stack is the same!) • Expert in Salesforce automation (Flows) and SOQL, and experience with Apex preferred • Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and an ability to work cross-functionally with GTM stakeholders and Operations teammates
