Description

• Dandy is transforming the dental industry through technology. • This role drives design, optimization, and support for Dandy’s systems. • Ensuring the health and sustainability of applications, systems, tooling, and processes. • Managing essential administrative functions such as user account maintenance reports. • Taking ownership of Salesforce, Zendesk, and other integrations. • Serving as a liaison between users, vendors, and application development teams. • Proactively identifying and escalating technical or process inefficiencies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a high-growth startup environment (SaaS work is highly preferred) • Experience with B2B sales to SMB prospects • Experience with marketing automation, sales enablement, and customer success platforms and implementing cross team business processes in technology • Experience building outside-the-box solutions and cross-platform integrations • Experience doing architecture-level systems design for new process involving multiple tools • Commitment to continuous improvement and desire to learn new sales concepts via rigorous training • Strong interpersonal skills that will enable stakeholder collaboration • Experience with standard sales tools and a desire to explore and implement new tools to further streamline the sales process • Overall track record of professional and academic success • As stated above, we are open to candidates of all backgrounds and encourage you to apply if interested!
