Description

• Hi, I’m Joe - Director of Technical Operations at Dwolla. I’m looking for a Salesforce Administrator who builds and administers Salesforce functionality. • You will develop and implement a vision for Dwolla’s CRM tool ecosystem. • As a Salesforce Administrator II, you will support business innovation through Salesforce functionality and data analysis. • You will configure Salesforce, create reports, and provide services to employees. • Expect to spend time improving functionality in Salesforce, working with stakeholders, and project planning. • Our team values collaboration and craftsmanship in asynchronous communication. • You thrive as a self-starter, a team player, and a problem solver.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years professional experience • 3 years working with Salesforce • Salesforce Administrator Certification required • Salesforce Advanced Administrator preferred • Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud and Salesforce Lightning • Basic knowledge of Salesforce cloud paradigms, risks, and deployment strategies • Good understanding of SF Reporting and Dashboard capabilities • Experience with SF Data Tools like Data Loader • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality • Understanding of project management principles and agile methodologies • Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills
