Description

• Salesforce Administrator/Developer role at a rapidly growing Fintech startup. • Responsible for optimizing and maintaining Salesforce environment. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements and solutions. • Maintain and optimize Salesforce configurations and processes. • Develop and deploy custom objects and fields. • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for insights. • Manage user accounts and permissions. • Analyze user needs and implement enhancements. • Ensure data integrity and quality. • Document system configurations and processes. • Collaborate with vendors for integrations. • Provide reporting on system performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer. • Proven expertise in integrating complex business systems and implementing object-oriented design patterns. • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, leveraging its standard customization and automation capabilities. • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, workflows, data management, and reporting. • Skilled in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. • Experience with Salesforce to HubSpot integration. • Familiarity with data management and BI tools integrated with Salesforce (e.g., Tableau).
