As the Senior Marketing Manager, North America, you will be at the forefront of driving our regional marketing strategy and execution across North America. As an individual contributor on the ground, this is a hands-on role where you will need to roll up your sleeves and take an equally strategic and executional approach. You will be responsible for generating demand, increasing brand awareness, and building a strong marketing pipeline. This role requires close collaboration with sales and other cross-functional teams, to ensure the success of our go-to-market initiatives.
8+ years marketing experience, with a focus on North America, preferably in the SaaS or eCommerce industry. Demonstrated ability to be both strategic and hands-on, with a track record of driving successful marketing initiatives. Culture fit in start-up/scale-up environment a must. Strong collaboration skills, particularly with sales teams, to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals. Experience in partner marketing, with the ability to develop and execute joint go-to-market programs. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and regions. Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, SalesLoft), CRM systems (Salesforce), and digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn, Google). Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus. East Coast candidates preferred
