β€’ At Deputy, we empower businesses to build thriving workplaces. β€’ Our reach extends across 100+ countries worldwide, serving more than 330,000 workplaces. β€’ Deputy is a global SaaS workforce management company headquartered in Sydney, San Francisco, and London. β€’ We aim to empower 80% of the global workforce. β€’ Deputy is searching for a Senior Regional Marketing Manager to fill a key role in our marketing organization. β€’ This person will develop and execute region-specific plans to generate new leads and accelerate the existing pipeline. β€’ This includes the planning and execution of in-person and online events, digital campaigns, and sponsorships at industry events. β€’ The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, can manage multiple projects and internal stakeholders. β€’ This role will also be instrumental in architecting engaging follow-up to deliver measurable outcomes.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. β€’ Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnel and tactics. β€’ 5+ years of marketing experience, focusing on events, webinars, and integrated campaigns. β€’ Proven track record of successfully managing virtual and in-person events from strategy to execution. β€’ Experience with referral marketing and direct mail initiatives. β€’ Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines. β€’ A data-driven approach to marketing, with experience in using analytics to measure campaign performance. β€’ Track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets. β€’ Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors β€’ Comfortable working with remote teams located around the world. β€’ Experience using internal reporting tools like Salesforce and Marketo or similar applications. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
