Description

• The Senior Paid Marketing Specialist is responsible for the strategic campaign management for clients on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Criteo, managing, but not limited to, search, display, shopping, PMAX, video, and Demand Gen campaign types. • The day-to-day duties include developing digital marketing strategies, implementing campaign builds and optimizations, as well as performing ongoing analysis to drive towards client business objectives. • This role will be responsible for identifying opportunities to expand visibility and profitability to ensure strategic funnel investment across each campaign’s purpose. • The Senior Paid Marketing Specialist will also assist with driving key initiatives as well as training and mentoring Coordinators and Specialists. • The role will collaborate with leaders both Business Unit leaders and service leaders to help iterate and evolve service methodology and tool creation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years of experience successfully managing and growing SEM accounts. • Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, and Microsoft Ads experience and knowledge. • Google Ads & Microsoft Ads Certifications required. • Strong understanding on Google and Microsoft Ads campaign management, including Product Ads, Search Ads, PMAX, Demand Gen, Display Ads & Video Ads. • Robust understanding of Agital’s holistic approach. • High proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools as well as internal reporting tools. • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines while keeping a professional demeanor. • Strong skills in analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving. • Self-motivated, independent, proactive. • Proven organizational and communication skills.
