Description

• We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven leader to join our marketing team as the Head of Account-Based Marketing and Analytics. • This role will be responsible for designing and executing innovative account-based marketing (ABM) strategies that drive growth, increase engagement with key accounts, and deliver measurable results across all stages of the funnel. • You will lead efforts across reporting and analytics, campaign execution, and operational efficiency to ensure we’re hitting our performance goals and providing an exceptional customer journey.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in account-based marketing or similar role • Deep knowledge of selling to executive retail buyers • Knowledge of AI, automation and robotics strongly preferred • Proven success in designing and scaling ABM efforts to drive measurable growth • Rigorous orientation for designing and executing scalable processes • Proven experience in managing complex campaigns across multiple paid, owned, and earned channels and platforms • Solid understanding of paid media, SEO, email, and website optimization • Strong analytical skills in reporting and marketing analytics to inform and instruct team priorities – while shaping executive and board level comprehension • Hands-on experience with 6sense, Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach, and other marketing automation, CRM systems, and data management • Demonstrated success in incorporating AI and automation into funnel management and GTM processes • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Excellent leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and team management skills
