• Develop, coordinate and support marketing and advertising activities • Ensure marketing standards are met during store visits • Guide franchisees’ marketing plan for local marketing strategies • Act as liaison for print materials and promotional programs • Support Field Marketing Manager as needed • Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or advertising or equivalent experience • Experience developing and executing marketing plans • Excellent presentation skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Problem-solving skills • Planning, time-management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint competency • Ability to travel 50% • Ability to work evenings and weekends if required • Retail industry experience preferred • Understanding of basic restaurant operations preferred
