Description

•Ensure the quality and reliability of NetSuite implementations and customizations •Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for NetSuite modules •Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, business analysts, and Business Partners to understand requirements •Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on NetSuite applications •Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies •Work closely with development teams to resolve issues •Develop and maintain automated test scripts •Ensure compliance with company quality standards and best practices •Participate in code reviews •Validate data integrity and accuracy across various NetSuite modules •Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies •Provide insights and recommendations to improve system performance •Prepare and present test reports to project teams •Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) •Train team members on QA best practices

Requirements

•Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field •Minimum of 3 years of QA engineering experience, focusing on NetSuite ERP systems •Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, including Financials, CRM, Inventory, and Order Management •Experience in manual and automated testing, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving defects •Familiarity with SQL and experience in validating data within NetSuite •Proficiency in QA tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail •Excellent communication skills, with the ability to document and report on QA findings •Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) is a plus •Strong familiarity with agile software development practices and tools •Solution-oriented with a high sense of quality, attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency, and meeting tight deadlines
