â˘Demonstrable sales operations experience in a dynamic sales environment. â˘Preferred background in Sales or Sales Leadership, with a history of working in enterprise tech, especially SaaS. â˘Demonstrated expertise in sales rhythms, forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting. â˘Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams. â˘Expertise in market strategy, territory creation, and goal setting. â˘Strong analytical abilities with experience in managing business metrics and driving results. â˘Capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously within a structured organisation and tight deadlines. â˘Knowledge of account and territory planning. â˘Skilled at handling large workloads, prioritising tasks, and thriving in a fast-paced setting. â˘Familiarity with sales processes and opportunity management is advantageous.
