• Responsible for onboarding clients and ensuring ongoing adoption of products and services. • Engage with enterprise clients, understand their goals, and provide strategic recommendations. • Analyze data for improvements and deliver innovative consulting tailored to client needs. • Manage multiple projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. • Stay current with enterprise service trends and enhance service offerings through collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in enterprise service/ management consulting, technical account management, Customer Experience and Customer Success area, Sales/ Business Development in a B2B environment • Strong understanding of enterprise service solutions, including CRS, CRM, CDP or RMS systems. • Proven experience in managing and delivering complex enterprise projects. • Experience working with enterprise-level clients across the hospitality industry or similar industries, primarily in subscription-based biz models. • Experience with data analysis & visualization and making data driven business recommendations/ decisions. • Track record of success in building customer relationships at multiple levels of the organization of Enterprise Clients. • Proven experience leveraging industry best practices, program operationalization, and insight driven suggestions to mature Customer facing programs. • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and verbal; other languages are a plus), with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
