Description

• Create and execute user experience A/B tests and implement winning cells of previous tests • Front-end web development in support of test setup or modifications to existing tests • Front-end web development for offer page single page application • Back-end development for offer page stack • Audit tracking reports to ensure test data is clean and accurate • Develop ways to improve A/B testing efficiency and reduce the error rate in the setup/launch process • Work on other tasks relating to testing infrastructure and maintenance

Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES5/ES6) with React or similar JS frameworks • Experience in Node.js is a plus • 2+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, experimentation, or prototyping environments • 3+ years of experience in website development, with familiarity in application APIs and marketing tool implementation • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud applications and data integration tools like Adobe.io is a bonus • Strong organizational and communication skills for collaboration and project management • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
