📋 Description
• Drive and support high-profile legal projects • Ensure compliance with international laws • Monitor, interpret and prioritize legal changes • Work closely with product team for legal compliance • Draft and negotiate commercial agreements • Advise on commercial legal matters • Collaborate with external legal advisors
🎯 Requirements
• Qualified solicitor or barrister in at least one European jurisdiction or the UK • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in commercial law • Strong understanding of consumer facing international laws and regulations • Experience in product counseling • Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements • Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions • Experience in regulatory compliance and risk management is a plus
