Description

• At Anchorage Digital, we are building the world’s most advanced digital asset platform for institutions to participate in crypto. • Anchorage Digital is a crypto platform that enables institutions to participate in digital assets through custody, staking, trading, governance, settlement, and the industry's leading security infrastructure. • As a Member of Trading Operations, you are responsible for supporting our clients in their daily activities. • You will play a crucial role in supporting the post-trade lifecycle of the activity of various digital asset instruments, ensuring timely settlements, reconciliation and implementing strong risk mitigation strategies. • This position requires a deep understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, financial operations, and risk management. • The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, the ability to handle complex tasks, organizational knowledge, and effective communication and influence capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience supporting the settlement activities of institutional clients in both traditional asset classes and crypto assets. • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and agility, to identify emerging risks quickly, brainstorm solutions, and pivot when goals change. • Experience in Python and SQL is a plus. • Have experience with and understanding of crypto-native institutions. • A passion for building early-stage startups. • You were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system. :)
