Description

• Own the customer support function manually to understand in detail the components and workflows. • Prioritize fulfillment of day-to-day marketplace requests and operational tasks. • Develop a plan to streamline and automate core support chat and marketplace processes. • Execute, project manage, and report out on bringing key automation plans to life. • Partner with the product development team to communicate discrete customer experience opportunities. • Measure, analyze, and report on data-driven insights from customer responses, fulfillment analytics, and marketplace performance.
