Description

• Manage legal and regulatory affairs of Anchorage Digital Bank, • Provide strategic, actionable advice to internal stakeholders, • Advise on regulatory risk in banking law and digital assets. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs. • Develop clear communication lines with legal and business teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of law firm or in-house experience counseling banking or financial services clients. • Highly organized with a bias for action, • Understanding of regulatory frameworks pertaining to banks. • Ability to analyze areas of law and synthesize research. • Ability to apply traditional financial legal concepts to the digital asset space. • Experience working in a fast-paced company. • Active membership in a state bar.
