📋 Description

• Anchorage Digital is looking for a People Operations leader to help drive an efficient, seamless, and human employee experience by optimizing core people processes, programs, and technologies. • As a People Operations Lead, you will ensure excellence in HR systems, compliance, and workplace operations while maintaining data integrity and supporting global workforce needs. • You will elevate, develop, and grow the skills and competencies of the People Operations team through coaching, continuous feedback, and goal setting while being an advocate of our programs, philosophies, and policies. • We have created the Factors of Growth & Impact to help Villagers better measure impact and articulate coaching, feedback, and the rich and rewarding learning that happens while exploring, developing, and mastering the capabilities and contributions within and outside of the (insert role title) role:

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years of HR or People Operations experience, preferably at least some in a startup or high-growth environment • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws • Technical experience with Dayforce • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Bias toward action, but an ability to acknowledge and fix mistakes quickly • Proactive problem-solver with a data-driven approach • Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
