Description

β€’ Own and maintain the centralized process that directs employee requests to the administration team. β€’ Partner with billable employees and cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and implement process improvement initiatives. β€’ Act as an agent of change by promoting and owning continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment across interconnected processes. β€’ Create documentation for new and existing business processes, including creating process maps, quick reference guides, etc. β€’ Responsible for streamlining operations, simplifying business processes, and building new solutions to improve efficiency. β€’ Manage internal systems to execute service requests seamlessly and maintain data integrity (BigTime PMS, HubSpot CRM, Grasshopper Phone, Archway). β€’ Interact with billable employees and the administrative team to understand technical limitations and identify the root cause of issues preventing success. β€’ Route and document all calls to the appropriate parties, converse with clients where necessary, communicate with both billable and non-billable employees throughout core business hours, and ensure prompt response to all personal requests and those coming through a process channel.

Requirements

β€’ 1-3 years of relevant experience required, or an equivalent combination of work and education in process improvement, project management, or system administration. β€’ Experience with Microsoft Office Products required. β€’ Proficiency in Excel Data analysis required. β€’ Pivot Tables required. β€’ Excel business intelligence preferred. β€’ Building Macros preferred. β€’ Power query experience preferred. β€’ Proficiency in KPI tracking and data management required. β€’ Experience with HubSpot preferred. β€’ Experience with PowerBI or other related analytic tools preferred.
