📋 Description

• Analyzes business processes, functions, and procedures to determine the most effective business systems software to meet the needs of the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Create systems specifications and objectives, based on business requirements and cost effectiveness. • Utilizes requirements gathering techniques in order to develop technical specifications and corresponding user stories including but not limited to: • High-Level Requirements, Process Flow documents, Detailed Functional Requirements, Scope documents, and Testing Scenarios, for all development requests as deemed necessary by current methodologies. • Primary contact between systems software development staff, management, and system end-users to determine requirements and obtain signoff. • Contributes to system development and design, including software programming, report, and design. • Participates in software testing. • Provides training and technical support to system end-users. • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
