Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably within an IT organization. • Must have Salesforce experience. • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL). • Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills.
