📋 Description

• Unlock Health breaks down the walls that healthcare providers have lived with for decades. We connect the dots across managed care and marketing so that providers can realize their missions and patients can get the right care. • As a Business Analyst on Unlock Health’s Managed Care team, you will help healthcare providers optimize payor strategies and overall performance through analytics that drive financial sustainability and patient acquisition and retention. • You will play a critical role across multiple lines of business, bridging the gap between client business objectives and Unlock’s managed care solutions. A true utility player, your work will range from supporting Unlock’s existing clients to developing new managed care analytic solutions and insights. • We’re looking for a Business Analyst with a consulting mindset, technical acumen, and strong client and internal stakeholder communication skills. We’ll help you gain a strong understanding of our services and how they interact to create client value. You’ll need to be willing to roll up your sleeves to deliver a broad range of business solutions focused on leveraging analytics to support our healthcare-focused business.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science or a related field • 1-2 years of proven experience in a Business Analyst or Analytics role • Healthcare experience required; healthcare consulting firm experience a plus • Basic understanding of managed care reimbursement structures preferred (e.g., DRGs, CPT codes) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Intermediate proficiency utilizing Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic SQL (or similar tool) for data analysis • Professional experience with Tableau and SQL, preferred; experience with Snowflake a plus • Strong analytical, data analysis, and interpretation skills • A self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity
