📋 Description

• Angi is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Compensation & Equity Analyst to manage and administer the Company's equity plans. • This role is critical in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of equity transactions, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to plan participants. • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of equity administration principles, excellent analytical skills, and a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. • This role will also support data management tasks within the People Ops team.

🎯 Requirements

• You have 1-5 years of experience in equity administration, preferably in a publicly traded company. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred. • Strong understanding of equity compensation plans, including RSUs, PSUs, MSUs, and other equity-based awards. • Experience with equity administration software (e.g., Shareworks, E*TRADE, Certent) is required. Shareworks experience strongly preferred. • Knowledge of securities laws, tax regulations, and accounting principles related to equity compensation (e.g., ASC 718). • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation is a plus.
