Requirements

• Associate Degree Required, bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration or construction management. • 1-2 years of related experience. • Strong written and verbal communication skills and computer skills. • Proficient in reading and understanding contract documents, plans and specifications. • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project or Primavera. • Ability to work independently to achieve client goals. • Physical Requirements: This position involves a combination of standing, sitting and walking throughout the day. • This position requires the ability to view and comprehend information and emails on computers. Also required are strong communication skills (verbal and written), the ability to problem solve, interpret information and draw conclusions in order to make decisions. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work product is also required as well as the ability to effectively handle conflicting priorities.
